Parlec Energy was formed by experienced energy specialists as a response to the confusing and at times conflicting legislation and at times the poor advice and solutions installed which impact on build and operational costs to the client. Our range of services are from experience gained by working with bodies such as the Carbon Trust, the Building Research Establishment plus international consultants and contractors and thus providing clients with a unique 'one port of call' service.
